2shoptrendy.com policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, Onsale, Buy1get1 free and similar discounts, 2Shop Trendy reserves the right to apply a 20% restocking fee so long as the item is sent back in accordance with our Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn, unwashed. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.

-Bodysuits, bodyshapers, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable due to Health Safety and Hygiene Reasons.

-We do not accept returns for latex wear, pantyhose, stockings, stocking type bodysuits, and Halloween items

- Beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable.

Items are inspected once a return is received for the condition and are subject to approval or rejection of your refund.

All garments are subject to inspection, and sometimes a Photograph and Short description of the problem or defect about the item are asked for.

Shoe Return Policy

Shoe returns are subject to all standard returns policies and procedures. We accept shoe returns up to 14 days after delivery of your order so long as the shoes are unworn, must not show no signs of wear, and are returned in their original packaging along with the original order slip.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

2Shop Trendy reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history.
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Non-2Shop Trendy items sent back to will be discarded upon receipt.

  2. Make Sure Item Is in Its Original packaging and All (If Any) Parts Are There.
  3. Enclose Your Order Information Slip with It.
  4. Buyer Pays Return Shipping (Which is Non-Refundable.)

This the most important step, please send us your return tracking number and shipping company by email. Without this info, we can't apply any refund for returns.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary!

If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What is the Refund Policy?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 -7 business days.

Outgoing shipping charges are not refunded.
